Welcome to the Policewomen’s Endowment Association (PEA)
As the newly elected President, it gives me great pleasure to convey the newly refined focus and
direction of the PEA. I am pleased to work with a dynamic Executive Board made up of members of
various ranks who selflessly demonstrate their support of the organization and its goals to improve
the representation of women in the department. We are committed to operating as a unified team to
enhance the visibility and viability of our organization by working to increase the membership,
provide membership benefits, contribute to civic service minded endeavors, and raise the
professional image of women in law enforcement through networking with national affiliate
organizations.
Our challenge is to honor our past, recognize our current realities, and to set our sights on improving
upon the prior year. We are prepared to listen and respond to the needs of our members. We are
working together to restore the vitality of this organization. We look forward to operating as a team so
our members can find encouragement, motivation, inspiration, support, knowledge, mentors and
professional development. I ask that you help us in honoring the legacy of this organization by joining
us in the quest to deliver the message of who we are, what we do and why it matters. We all have
busy personal lives outside of work but I hope you will remember the pioneering spirit the women
who paved the way for us by joining us to move forward with relentless energy. Our strength comes
from the diversity of our opinions, ethnicities and experiences. I welcome you to participate in a
magnificent team of women who believe in Women. In numbers we can make a difference. If you
